If your Lake Wylie, SC property has gotten away from you, A&S Brushworks can help. We specialize in forestry mulching and bring forestry mulching equipment to every job, which processes suitable vegetation on-site. Root removal, grading, and construction preparation are separate needs to discuss during the estimate.
We run a Kubota SVL 97-3 with an FAE forestry mulcher head. The machine processes brush, saplings, and suitable small trees into mulch left on the property. We assess tree size and ground conditions before quoting; below-ground stump or root removal requires a separate discussion.
Why Lake Wylie property owners choose us
Every Lake Wylie property is different. On a York County site visit, we look at vegetation, slope, ground conditions, and equipment access before recommending a clearing method.
We're a small, owner-operated company. Corey and Sam answer the phone, run the equipment, and quote the work themselves. There's no salesperson layer, no franchise upcharge, and no surprise add-ons after the job starts.
What Lake Wylie forestry mulching jobs typically look like
Lake Wylie land is a mix of mature canopy and tight understory. Older lots tend to have established trees with a thick layer of brush at ground level — exactly the situation forestry mulching is built for. We can take an impassable lot to walkable in a day.
Forestry mulching in this area typically runs $1,500–$5,000 per acre depending on tree density and access. Small lots under an acre are quoted as a flat project price.
